Education without any value is just like half cooked food. The true sense of Education has to be to empower the people to learn, think, innovate and act in a highly responsible manner.

The true yardstick for the greatness of a Management Institute or a B school does not lie in how many management graduates it churns out, rather it is in how many Corporate leaders or Quality Business professionals it produces. Here at Mohandas Institute of Management, we foster and nurture leaders who are not only capable of making a difference in the corporate world, but also committed to promote Gross National Happiness.​

It is indeed a great pleasure to talk about the vision behind Mohandas Institute of Management, a unique center for thought leadership. Having witnessed the  Academia – Industry gap over the last several  decades of straddling both domains, it has been our endeavor to create Experiential learning and Participant Centres Learning systems and softer leadership qualities like empathy which we believe are more important than general learning.

Great focus is being given on learning beyond conventional academic terms with a special emphasis on research and original knowledge creation. Any institution is made and unmade by the people who drive it and utmost care has been taken to bring in and nurture the best team possible to execute this vision. We give high impetus on Corporate engagement, Reskilling, Repurposing and mentorship which are led by industry experts.

Our students are also trained to value integrity and practice hard work as well as smart work above all and to conduct themselves in a professional manner to meet the expectations of the Corporates. Disruptive thinking, Quick adaptability to changing environment and a Deep emphasis on thought leadership define our philosophy.
