MBA-Student Chapter

The need for bridging the gap between academia and Industry was given emphasis at the launch of the Young Professionals and Student chapter of the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) at the Mohandas Institute of Management of Mohandas College of Engineering and Technology Nedumangad today.

Inaugurating the first ever Young Professionals and students chapter of NIPM Thiruvananthapuram, the Chairman of NIPM Thiruvananthapuram, Mr. P.Elango stated that management students should try their best to make themselves industry ready by adjusting to the paradigm shifts which were occurring in the field of management especially post pandemic.

A Memorandum of Understanding was also signed between NIPM Chairman Mr. P. Elango and the Vice chairman of Mohandas group, Mr. Krishna Mohan aimed at creating an array of opportunities for management aspirants from the institute through which the students would be able to make use of the facilities of NIPM in a better way.

MCET Principal, Dr.Gopakumar,  Mr. Vinod Narayanan, National Committee member of NIPM and Dr.Rajesh Pyngavil, Additional secretary of NIPM also spoke on the occasion.
