The V .N. Gangadhara Panicker Memorial Trust was formed as a respectful tribute to Sri. V.N. Gangadhara Panicker, eminent educationalist, philanthropist, businessman and social figure. He was renowned for his noble objectives and clarity of vision aimed at developing the economically underprivileged sections in society. With his foresight and unstinting application, he established his school over five decades ago at Anad, a Rural village near Nedumangad in Thiruvananthapuram District.Though located in an underdeveloped area, the well – conceived school with its quality education was deemed model institute of learning,even in those early days.considered a trend setter with its own well stocked library and auditorium that accommodated well over 1000 students, the school continues to function today in a commendable manner ,as an eloquent testimony to Sri.V N. Gangadhara Panicker’s vision in the field of education.
