The UHV workshop was conducted on 1/1/2026 for the non-teaching staff of MCET with the objective of fostering ethical values, inner harmony, and a sense of responsibility in personal and professional life. The resource persons for the workshop were Dr Usha Kumari , Professor and Dean, Corporate Relations,Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology,Nalanchira and Mr Manilal, Rtd.Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department.The session encouraged self-reflection, mutual respect, and positive work culture, and was well received by the participants, contributing to overall well-being and value-based conduct at the workplace.
