Dr. N. Rajesh Prabha began his educational journey in the Mechanical engineering field since 2000. He obtained his M.E in Thermal Engineering in 2002. He has been awarded Ph.D. in Composite Materials from NICHE in 2018.

Starting from 2009, He has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, His excellent work was recognized in 2018 when he received the Best Teacher Award. He also accumulated 2 years of Industrial experience, enriching his practical knowledge. His career spans over 18 years, during which he is been active in teaching, research, and administrative roles.

His scholarly contributions to the field include 15 research papers published in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at National and International conferences. He is an active member of IE, SAE, and ISTE. He also contributes his expertise as a reviewer for the RASĀYAN Journal of Chemistry and the International Journal of Interactive Design and Manufacturing, published by Springer.
