On June 8, 2024, the Mohandas Hall at MCET was abuzz with excitement as students, along with their family members, gathered for PRAYAN 2024, an Alumni Induction and Farewell Programme. This special event was organized to bid farewell to the final year students of all B. Tech departments, MBA, and MCA, and to welcome them into the MCET Alumni Association.
Course completion certificates and college mementos was presented to the students from all branches of B. Tech, MCA, and MBA. This gesture was a token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication throughout their academic journey. Following the formal presentations, a grand lunch was served, providing an opportunity for students and their families to celebrate and cherish the moment together.
The event was orchestrated by the Alumni Association of MCET, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience for all attendees. The function was further dignified by the presence of Dr. Madhukar Mallaya, Principal, MCET, Smt. Rani Mohandas, Secretary of VNGP Trust, Shri Krishna Mohan, Vice-Chairman of Mohandas Group of Institutions, Shri Gopi Mohan, Vice-president of Mohandas Group of Institutions, Shalini A Nair, Dean Academics, and all the Head of Departments who graced the occasion with their encouraging words and support.
PRAYAN 2024 was a heartfelt and joyous occasion, marking the end of an important chapter in the students’ lives and the beginning of their new journey as proud alumni of MCET for the nation building.
