Uterine Health Awareness Program
The Uterine Health Awareness Program was successfully organized by Chirath – Women’s Forum, Mohandas College of Engineering and Technology (NAAC ‘A’ Grade Accredited Institution), with the aim of promoting awareness on preventive healthcare, early detection, and healthy practices related to uterine health.
The program was conducted on 09 January 2026 at the CGPC Hall from 11:15 AM to 12:45 PM. The session was led by Dr. Sharmila Nazeer, a distinguished Motivator, Counsellor, and Health Educator.
During the session, Dr. Sharmila Nazeer highlighted the importance of uterine health, common health issues, early warning signs, and the need for regular medical check-ups. She also emphasized healthy lifestyle practices, proper nutrition, hygiene, and stress management. The talk was informative and interactive, encouraging participants to clarify doubts and openly discuss women’s health concerns.
The program received active participation from students and faculty members and was well appreciated for its relevance and clarity. The initiative contributed to improving health awareness and empowering participants with essential knowledge on women’s health.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks, marking the event as a meaningful step towards fostering health consciousness among women.
